Our solution

We design data bases from ideas of professional in order to facilitate his/her everyday. User enters data in an easy and safe way. All new changes can be implemented fast

FLEXIBILITY

Access by means PC, Touch screen, Tablet or Mobile. Data bases can be installed in our server, in hospital intranet or in a computer.

We may introduce changes (adding variables, removing values …), keep multimedia contents(photos, videos, radiographies, …) and do calculations while data are entered (indexes, doses, costs, …).

Several centers, services, departments, countries can be connected. A supervisor user and multifold user profiles can be set up, each with his/her information.

Histolical data (Excel, Access) can be introduced without needing to enter them again and data in Word and Excel can be extracted in order to work with them.

Compliance
a) With the FDA - Title 21 CFR Part 11 (11.10(b - k), 11.30, 11.50, 11.70, 11.100, 11.200 and 11.300) and it is supplied as SAAS so there is no distribution of devices or software, guaranteeing availability of the service with the most updated version and increasing the security of the system, making it impossible to modify, change or alter the existing records with the measures applied.
b) With the current legislation on data protection: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of people with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of this data and by which Directive 95/46/CE (General Data Protection Regulation) (DOUE 05/04/2016) is repealed and establishing and applying the organizational and security measures based on the risk in personal data processing: daily backup, SSL secure access, password expiration and change, locally encrypted DB and CRC, NoSQL – consistent data guarantee, access audit, change audit, internal system LOGs and independent monitoring of the system.
